Which machines are GREEN capsules compatible with ?

Our capsules work with any machine that is compatible with Nespresso Original capsules. This does not include Nespresso Vertuo machines.

How to use GREEN™ capsules ?

Give the capsule a quick shake. Place it carefully in the machine, making sure it is in the right position, and firmly push the handle/lever down to ensure the capsule pierces completely. Select the desired drink size, wait for the machine to heat up and press the button. Finally, enjoy your delicious organic and healthy hot (or cold) drink!

How to store the capsules?

Capsules should ideally be stored away from drafts, damp places and heat sources.

Matcha is not flowing well, what should I do?

If the Matcha is not flowing properly, it may be sticking to the walls of the capsule. To solve this problem, shake the capsule vigorously before inserting it into your machine. This will allow the Matcha to flow optimally.

What is the shipping time for your products?

We take 2-3 days to process your order and then approximately 9-10 days maximum to deliver it to you.

Do you ship anywhere in Europe?

Yes, absolutely. We deliver everywhere in Europe.

Where are you located?

We are located in Lausanne, Switzerland as well as in Paris, In France.

Where do you ship your product from?

We have two warehouses, the first is located in Switzerland and the second in Paris.

Do you provide product tracking information?

Yes, of course! As soon as your package is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number. If you have not received it, please wait 3-4 days after your order, then contact us by email at the following address:

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear this. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to the following email address: info@green-matcha.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may extend the expected delivery time due to customs clearance. Also, due to our current high expansion, order processing may take longer, which may cause delays in delivery.
